Are you looking for a fun, indoor Team Building program?
Perhaps you would like to make your Team Building program a charitable one that allows you to give back at the same time as building a better team?
Then be prepared for plenty of laughter and fun with Win it in a Minute. Based on the hit TV show “Minute To Win It”, teams will compete in a number of 1 minute challenges varying in difficulty to earn points and dollars for their team.
The aim is to earn as many points and dollars as possible and the team that manages to score the most by the end of the night will win.
Once teams are determined, we will reveal all the games that will be in play. Teams will then need to allocate one game per person and then each team member will compete against the other representatives for that chosen game from the other teams. We will give teams 30 minutes to strategise, plan and ultimately practice their game before they will need to face their rivals for top points.
If you choose, you may opt to allocate the teams and games to each participant prior to the event to allow them to practice in their own time in the lead up to the program. Choosing this option can certainly build up enthusiasm and competitive energy going into the event.
Once practice time is over the first game will be revealed and one by one, those competing in that game will go up against each other to try and earn as many points as possible. A dollar value will also be awarded for every successfully completed challenge.
The finale of this program will involve all team members coming together in each individual group to perform a group activity that will attract massive points and also massive dollars. This will be a real test of team unity to finish the program.
Finally, all points will be tallied and all dollars totalled to determine an overall winner and the ultimate donation amount.
Some of the team building outcomes that you can expect to achieve are:
- Increased team spirit / bonding
- Strategy & Planning
- Understanding of each others Strengths & Weaknesses
- Dedication & Perseverance
- Overall Team Cohesion
