This outrageous team building program allows your team to let the creative juices flow as they design and create the best cake possible. Armed with all equipment necessary, teams must work together, communicate and delegate as they plan, build and shape their vision into reality…
One question waits to be answered…. Will there be too many cooks in the kitchen?
The program kicks off as delegates are broken into small teams and briefed on the exciting challenge ahead – to build the best cake possible.
Armed with a creative work station, all the utensils and equipment necessary including base ingredients, teams start work sketching a diagram of their master piece.
Stage two is the base building of their cake. Teams will cut, stack, shape and align the base ingredients as their cake now begins to resemble the outline they imagined.
Stage three is where teams require skill, craftsmanship, patience and most of all teamwork as now they must apply the covering layers and decoration.
Teams will then complete small team building challenges to earn valuable items on offer. These may include access to our professional pastry chef who could be the difference between their success and failure.
Teams will also be allocated shopping dollars which they can use to purchase extra items including ingredients, decorations, or extra “bling” for their cake.
At the end of the day it is the judge’s decision as to which team is crowned the “Amazing Cake Off Champions”…
