Our Mind Body program uses yoga, meditation or tai chi to energise, relieve stress, relax and calm the minds of delegates to help foster healthier, happier, and ultimately more productive workplaces, meetings and conferences. The program will see delegates learning different techniques, movements and postures to aid in their physical, emotional and mental wellbeing so they can be at their best.
