These Mind Body sessions can be made up of activities like yoga, meditation, mindfulness, tai chi, foam rolling, exercise sessions, nutrition workshops, strength training, fitness testing, team games, goal setting and stress management.. Topics can be customised and tailored based on your individual requirements.
