Survivor

The day went really well. Team games were well received and catered for a variety of different skills and abilities – there was something for everyone within the Survivor.

The program was coordinated well – the games weren’t too long or too short which helped to keep people engaged and participating. Equipment was in good order and rotations through the stations went smoothly.

The facilitators were great- good sense of humour and very friendly. Thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable day!

Our team absolutely loved your Survivor challenge and the team building experience. Darren was awesome and everyone was still talking about it this morning when we got back to work. Total Team Buiding’s service and co-ordination was awesome, nothing to fault.

Darren’s facilitation on the day was 10/10 – he texted me to advise he was already at Mandoon and was very flexible as our meeting ran over by approx. 10 mins. Everything was set up when we arrived and his instructions and interaction with our team was spot on.

From first contact to the actual day, service was 10/10 – thank you very much for making this experience very enjoyable.

Our team thoroughly enjoyed the Survivor program. Interactions, competitiveness, collaboration and team work were all on display. It also presented a great understanding of peoples strengths and weaknesses. Darren was great, engaging and involved, kept the motivation positive. Kept the day interesting, had the right amount of breaks between events. Keep up the great work.

The Program:

1. The program was challenging as well as entertaining.  The activities were certainly varied enough to challenge on several fronts while still allowing success and even a few laughs for all who participated.
2. Venue was good and convenient but gave us the opportunity to “get remote” from the office so we could focus.  Activities were simple to understand (some more complex than others to actually do) and provided a great opportunity to bond in our groups.
3. Program was interesting and thus well received by participants.
4. Well prepared event with a good selection of team participating activities.
5. I really enjoyed it – it was a fantastic opportunity for me to know my team  members better and see different side of them.

The Co-ordination:

1. The co-ordination was well done and seemed quite well planned.
2. Co-ordination was effective and appropriate.
3. Games were well organised and well timed.  Combined team learning with having fun too.  Training leader was well prepared and with an easy-going style, great communication skills.
4. Well co-ordinated and executed.

The Facilitation:

1. The facilitation on the day was good.  Messaging was clear and aligned with the theme of the earlier office based theory activities.
3. Excellent for the selected program; relaxing, close by and overall very convenient.
4. Facilitator was good.
5. Good – it was hard work for one person to facilitate all the activities for 20 people.

Overall:

1. Challenging and even a little confronting.  Most of all it was Good Fun.  Well done.
2. Great afternoon and the weather even collaborated – not too hot and the rain just held off.

Our staff really enjoyed the survivor games today. It was really good fun and a great team building exercise.  We have come away from it knowing each other a bit better.

The event was very well organized and we really appreciate that you could change the booking date at the last minute.

Darren was fantastic, he was very engaging and kept the group interested.  The day went very smoothly.

The Survivor program was fun and engaging for our team. Everyone could participate in some way, shape or form.  The competitive sides of our team came out and it made for a good competition. The support into the lead up to the day and the running of the day were exceptional. Darren and Nicole were very clear with their instruction, encouraging and genuinely interested in getting to know our people. They were very efficient and flexible on the day. We have had an overwhelmingly positive feedback from our group. They really enjoyed the day and most people want to participate in a day like this again. Thank you for helping us run a successful team building event. Darren’s suggestion of dressing up and creating a chant pre-event, really made our team communicate and collaborate even before the day began! Even though some people were worried and apprehensive prior to the event, they ended up providing very positive feedback and enjoyed the day!

The whole team loved our Suvivor, it was different, well organised and fun.

The program co-ordination was cxcellent.  On time, I didn’t need to worry about anything. Thanks!!

Darren is a great facilitator 10/10. Really good at keeping everyone engaged, keeping everyone moving and keeping it light and fun.

We participated in the Survivor program. Overall the program was run efficiently and effectively. There was a good mix of activities and had people engaged. Staff were engaging and interactive and made the activities fun. The team were very good at communicating prior to the event and on-site during the activities. The staff made it easy so that we didn’t have to worry about a thing for the period of time the activities were being undertaken. They were clear to understand and made sure everyone was engaged throughout the duration of the activity. We would definitely recommend TTB for any corporate event.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Survivor themed team building day. Some of our team approached the day with minimal expectations, however all left completely buzzing about the experience. We are still talking about the day constantly and have plenty of laughs and stories that will last for years…not to mention video and photo evidence!! Total Team Building’s co-ordination was seamless. An incredibly driven team. The service from start to finish was fast, thorough, and personalised. Nicole was superb in every aspect, and all while she was nursing an ACL injury. She got even the most tentative members of our team participating to the fullest and loving every moment.

We participated in Survivor and we all had such a great time. We liked that there were different activities for different skill levels. Everything was great!

Jason was wonderful. He explained everything well, he was encouraging and lovely to deal with. We would recommend him 100%.

We organized this super last minute, but your team as a whole were so easy and great to deal with. From initial query to payment and the day itself was so smooth. Your company was so great!

Loved it! The Survivor was definitely a program that catered for ALL. The co-ordination was excellent. The day and activities planned flowed seamlessly and there were sufficient breaks provided considering the hot day.  Thank you to Total Team Building team for organising and coordinating such a great event. Our staff thoroughly enjoyed all the activities and will definitely be seeking out your services again.

Initially the team were a little skeptical and insisted they weren’t going to take it very seriously but once the bandanas were on things got much much more serious! The facilitators were very good at holding our attention and instructions were clear. We didn’t feel rushed for time and despite the competitive atmosphere amongst the teams, it was actually a very relaxed day. The coordination with the office gave me piece of mind that everyone was going to be exactly where they needed to be on the day but having mobile numbers just in case was a relief (particularly for our caterer who got lost, – a big thank you to Darren for helping her find the right spot). Thanks again for a great day.

Lots of fun. Engaging all the way through. Loved the different blend of decision making, physical activity, teamwork and perseverance lessons throughout. Simple and easy to facilitate at our outdoor space. No concerns. TTB were happy to fit into our timeslots and communication in the coordination process was wonderful and simple. Spectacular. Darren was competent and confident and was happy to adjust plans as we went along due to weather restrictions. Darren brought a lot of energy and managed the students well. It’s always nice when I can sit back and just watch and Darren made it easy to do just that. Thanks again. Really enjoyed the whole experience. Would certainly recommend TTB in future.

All of the feedback regarding our Survivor was extremely positive and the event was well run, the activities were really team oriented and it was extremely enjoyable. It was coordinated excellently, in a short turn around. Nicole was great, engaged with everyone, ran the sessions well and worked with the weather (as it was quite a warm day, so she explained she hadn’t laid out all of the activities prior as she normally would as she was chasing the shade).  She managed the group well. Thank you so much for the coordination of the event, it was really enjoyable and did work on team communication and working together, and I only received positive comments from everyone who attended.

We had a fantastic day! The Survivor challenge was a great mix of physical and mental challenges. It was great to deal with you Katie, you always answered our questions quickly and made it very easy for us in the lead up to the event – thank you. It was also great to chat to Darren, his conversation reassured me that everything was under control. Nicole and Isla were excellent! They were very patient with us and so easy to get along with. Nicole had it all under control. Thank you for a great day! The photo’s are great to have as well!

All the activities in our Survivor program were well suited to everyone.  No one felt left out or that they couldn’t participate in anything.  We all enjoyed it. It was well organised and there was great communication. Both Darren and Rachel did an amazing job! We had fun!  Thank you for a great event.
