The Bridging the Gap program is a really great idea, lots of subtle messages. In the beginning it seems a little overwhelming however how it unfolds is brilliant. The program was very structured and well explained. As organisers, we could relax knowing the activity was going to be managed perfectly by TTB. Darren’s facilitation was excellent. Very clear and he articulated the activity well. TTB are a pleasure to work with, they make our lives so much easier. We have worked with TTB twice now for 2 very different activities and both have been fantastic and very well received by our staff.
