We thoroughly enjoyed our Survivor themed team building day. Some of our team approached the day with minimal expectations, however all left completely buzzing about the experience. We are still talking about the day constantly and have plenty of laughs and stories that will last for years…not to mention video and photo evidence!! Total Team Building’s co-ordination was seamless. An incredibly driven team. The service from start to finish was fast, thorough, and personalised. Nicole was superb in every aspect, and all while she was nursing an ACL injury. She got even the most tentative members of our team participating to the fullest and loving every moment.

We thought the activities and Charity Bike Build program were well designed to be inclusive and encourage participation by all staff members and suitable for all fitness levels. Total Team Building coordinated the event very efficiently, both on the day and in the lead up to the event, nothing was too difficult. The whole team thoroughly enjoyed the Amazing Race around Adelaide. Highly recommend the program for teams visiting a city – we saw a lot of Adelaide that we probably wouldn’t have seen if not for the race. Total Team Building’s co-ordination was seamless! Katie & Darren were lovely to deal with and made things so easy. Nicole was absolutely Brilliant! We were all feeling a bit foggy after a day at the wineries and a late night, but she certainly helped get us moving! Keep doing what you’re doing! Thank you!
The Adventure Quest program was well organized and a lot of fun, it pushed people out of their comfort zone and was a great end to a full week of meetings. The coordination was done at short notice, via email and was well organized. Nicole’s facilitation was great, she was clear in her instructions and made the afternoon a lot of fun.
Our team really enjoyed the day and all the different challenges leading up to the bike build. I think it was great how all the challenges gave the teams points so it wasn’t just based on the bike build. The event was very well coordinated by total team building, it all ran smoothly with no issues. We thought Darren was fantastic, he explained everything really well and it was easy to understand. He did it all with a smile also. I feel that your company did such a great job. From the moment I started speaking with Katie to try and get the event booked in, to the day of the event. Everything ran smoothly and everyone had fun whilst donating our bikes to a great cause. Well done Total Team Building!! It was really great day, we would definitely use your company again in future.
All the activities in our Survivor program were well suited to everyone. No one felt left out or that they couldn’t participate in anything. We all enjoyed it. It was well organised and there was great communication. Both Darren and Rachel did an amazing job! We had fun! Thank you for a great event.
We thoroughly enjoyed the day, the Ransom program was easy to navigate and the feedback from the team was that the enjoyed the day and had great fun navigating and taking those photos. Co-ordination was a breeze, we had very good communication and everything went without a glitch. Darren was fantastic! We couldn’t have done it without him, he gave clues when required to ensure that we not only enjoyed the day but also ensure a smooth progress so that everyone was able to achieve their challenges. Feedback from everyone was that it was great and as the organizers of the event we are amazed at the technology being used to facilitate the day which was fantastic.
The feedback I have received in relation to both the Vault & Win it in a Minute workshops has been fantastic. All participants really enjoyed how engaging the facilitators where and how much fun they had with people they may not of met previously. Total Team Building’s co-ordination was fantastic, Katie is awesome to deal with, very attentive and efficient. All the facilitators where awesome, please pass on our appreciation.
Our team decided to try our hand at Barefoot Bowling. We attended the Dalkeith/Nedlands bowling club which was a lovely venue with stunning views. Beth from TTB met us there and we were given instructions on how to play the game by Barry from the club. Beth organized us into teams and very quickly had us all trying our hands at what turned out to be, a sport with a high degree of skill required. We all had great fun trying to master the sport and there were some surprising stars that emerged. Everyone participated with a great deal of enthusiasm and quite a lot of laughter. It was agreed that we all thought it an excellent team building exercise and a lot of fun. I found the co-ordination of the event to be extremely professional and very friendly. Beth was delightful and did a great job of keeping the ‘ball rolling’ whilst ensuring everyone had the opportunity to shine. She was very friendly and effective at keeping everyone on track.
It was good to have an activity that everyone enjoyed and at the same time required everyone to collaborate together. The co-ordination of our Charity Bike Build was well organised and professionally done, the event went off without a hitch. Both facilitators were very engaging and humorous, plus entertaining. They were also very good with following up pre-event to make sure everything went off smoothly. Given that this was the first we had, we were quite impressed and would share this experience with other faculties/departments.
Our team absolutely loved your Survivor challenge and the team building experience. Darren was awesome and everyone was still talking about it this morning when we got back to work. Total Team Buiding’s service and co-ordination was awesome, nothing to fault.
Darren’s facilitation on the day was 10/10 – he texted me to advise he was already at Mandoon and was very flexible as our meeting ran over by approx. 10 mins. Everything was set up when we arrived and his instructions and interaction with our team was spot on.
From first contact to the actual day, service was 10/10 – thank you very much for making this experience very enjoyable.
Our Win it in a Minute program was highly engaging, lots and lots of fun. Some games were more challenging than others but it was a good balance. Good to end on the Junk in the Trunk game because it was the silliest! Total Team Building (Katie and Jason) were easy to deal with, on time, had everything that they needed and were flexible with times if we needed to drag games out/end them early. Jason was high energy, kept us all on track and motivated. Total Team Building were just overall very easy to deal with and very friendly and organised. Good music choices. We have used Total Team Building in the past and I think that this particular game is the most fun, high energy choice! Absolutely loved it.
We participated in the Win it in a minute and it was really a laugh a minute. We had so much fun with Nicole and with our teams. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it and were still talking about it on Monday. The co-ordination was fantastic. I can’t sing their praises enough. Right from my first enquiry to even after the event, Total Team Building have been fantastic! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Nicole was great. She was welcoming, fun, inclusive. We had a great time with her. Just to reiterate what a fantastic time we had and how even the small details were so great e.g. the medals for the winning team. A fantastic, well organized company. We found the Win it in a Minute team activity really enjoyable and it met our objectives of offering a fun team-building activity which allowed the cluster groups to get to know one another better through focused activities that would have pushed some people outside of their comfort zone. The activity was well coordinated and explained very well by the facilitators who were personable, easy-going and approachable.
Our Charity Bike Build was Brilliant! We have received all positive feedback from the team. We definitely hit the nail on the head with the charity aspect of the activity. The program was very well coordinated by Total Team Building which meant I had to do very little giving me more time to focus on other areas of the conference. The facilitators were great, very friendly and engaging. They quickly gained the attention of the group and the rock, paper, scissors ice breaker was hilarious. Just thank you and hopefully we will get to work together again in the future. I cannot recommend Total Team Building highly enough!
The feedback I received from all was that the Adventure Quest was well organized and came with lots of difference elements which catered for everyone in their teams. The co-ordination was perfect! As usual no hiccups along the way. We have had Nicole twice now and she fits it well with out team and makes it an easy fun process. We will continue to use you for all our Team Building activities. You are easy to deal with, well organized and very cost effective for the outcome you receive.
They had a great time on our Adventure Quest. One group commented that it was excellent and they learned a lot about the other members in their team. The co-ordination was extremely easy, very accommodating with time and date. Nicole was excellent, very friendly and explained in detail what they needed to do. Thank you, everyone had a great time and it not only made the teams work together it also provided them a bit of stress relief and an enjoyable morning outside of work.
We all really enjoyed the Vault program. It was great that we all got to work together on so many activities rather than be split into smaller groups. The linkages of the activities to communication and team work in the office taught us many useful lessons. The coordination of the event was wonderful. It was so smooth and easy for us to organise. Liaising with Katie was great. She was more than happy to answer all of our questions and accommodate us. Darren’s facilitation was very well done. He explained the tasks well beforehand and gave us good direction. We probably could have had a little more engagement and help from Darren when we were struggling but understand that working it out ourselves was the whole idea. Darren’s ‘debrief’ at the end was very good. It was really important to share what we had learnt with each other and also have him share his observations as well. Darren is a great communicator and the tasks were really fun and a great way to break the ice with each other (especially doing the leg tie one first).
We found the process from beginning to end very easy and hassle free! Everyone seemed to have a great time during our Adventure Quest and are all looking forward to seeing the videos and photos from their challenges. The program co-ordination was very professional and accommodating. Even with the short notice we gave, TTB were still able to organize a great event which ran 100% smoothly from off-site. It worked fantastic and Katie was able to be contacted the whole way through if we need to reach out. We would just like to say a big thank you to the team for organizing such a great event with such short notice. You made the whole experience very enjoyable!
I think everyone had a really good day participating in the Ransom program! Since we are quite an office based team I think it was really good to get outside and get a bit of physical exercise in at the same time. I think finishing at the end at the pub was a great idea, a few of us stayed around for 2 to 3 hours after the event which was really good for the team building. I think the coordination was very good, I felt confident that the day was going to run smoothly. Speaking with Katie to organize the day and Darren on the day, I think all bases were covered. Darren was clear to explain all the tasks involved and was on the line in case anything went wrong (our team accidentally skipped one of the sections and the app didn’t seem to allow us to go back to it) we called Darren and he helped get us back on track. The team really loved the content from the day, I shared it around this morning and there were laughs around the office, a good way to start a Monday!
The Treasure Hunt program had a good mix between physical and mental challenges. They all involved team-work and allowed participants to play on their strengths. The co-ordination was good. Such a smooth process from initial inquiry to the day and finishing right on time. Nicole was great – she led the day well and kept everyone’s attention throughout.
The Scavenger Hunt was enjoyed by all involved – was great fun. The coordination of the event was made very easy by TTB. Our event was customized to a particular location and end-point and Darren’s hard work on the day ensured that things ran smoothly. Many thanks!
Hi Darren and Katie. Thanks for organizing such a brilliant day for our swimmers who all really enjoyed all the activities. Katie from the first phone call I knew you were going to do a great job and Darren you were terrific with our swimmers and modified the games only slightly to suit our needs which was great. Loved it all. Both programs were well planned and all activities well suited to our group and to the time we had available for each activity. Darren was always happy and managed the group brilliantly. The activities were much better than the activities we could have done on site but the resident program options were unavailable to us due to lack of staffing at the time. All things happen for a reason and it was so we could find Total Team Building and the fun things you offered. You even had the medals engraved with our club name!! great attention to detail.
Your team were outstanding! A great level of professionalism, engagement and interaction with the team and within 5 minutes we were amazed at how they all jumped in and were a part of what was going on. Our theme for the day was ‘Team”, Darren and his team demonstrated both by their actions and the events they put on exactly what we wanted, working together, sharing a common goal and striving to achieve is what we can do and in fact did on the day! I will be using you and the team again for other events without question, superbly done, my thanks and ongoing support and recommendations to anyone who asks will be passed on! Really great job guys!
We had so much fun on Friday. I don’t think any of us stopped laughing all day! Just what we needed from a day out of the office. Darren & Nicole were fantastic – great coordination of a rowdy team, and seemed to enjoy themselves too in the process. The day was everything we wanted & more – couldn’t be happier with how it went. You were easy to deal with & pulled it together at quite late notice, with no issues. Thank you! We will be back next time we run a team building activity, for sure!
Everyone was a little unsure what to expect about the day… but by the end of it everyone was commenting that they had a great day and it was one of the best Christmas Party’s we have had. Awesome job by the facilitators, very professional & helpful with all the tasks. We had a great time.
Just wanted to drop you all a note to say how pleased we were with Sunday’s event. It’s a bit different to anything we have done before and it’s hard to know how things are going to turn out especially when organising from interstate. Every aspect of the day was brilliant, and the storm avoiding us was a bonus!
The boat trip over was professionally run and smooth sailing. Good facilities on board and helpful friendly staff, thanks to Gus and the crew. Arriving at the island, Jason and his crew looked very professional all lined up on the beach with orange cones laid out already. You guys were brilliant, you had everyone’s attention and had them all where they needed to be. The games were great fun and everyone got into the spirit of the challenges largely due to your enthusiasm and skills at keeping everyone organised. Very well done Jason.
On the island all the staff were welcoming, friendly and fun. Dinner was run very smoothly and was absolutely delicious – well done chef! And the location was absolutely stunning. Thankyou for getting dinner on a bit earlier when I asked too – that was much appreciated. Our ride back involved a bit of daggy disco dancing and a lot of yummy profiteroles – a perfect end to the day 🙂

Our Rat Race (now known as our Adventure Quest) was lots of fun, a great afternoon. The program was very well organised. Thank you for a great afternoon everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
Thanks Jason for a great team building activity. I enjoyed being able to view my VCAL Senior students work in an environment outside of the classroom. I observed skills, strengths and unfortunately weaknesses in my students that I may not have had the opportunity to view otherwise. It has provided me with a greater appreciation of their capacity to work together to complete our classroom and community projects. The students certainly rose to the challenge. You and your team were well organised and effectively managed the running of the program in a school setting.
Thank you to you and the team for a seamless morning. The activities worked very well, the ultimate Frisbee turned into a massive competition and I have never seen some of those staff so dirty! Everyone had a great morning and it was an excellent start to the day. I never usually have the time to join in but I did this time and enjoyed the yoga immensely.
Our Treasure Hunt consisted of fantastic games that really got you thinking and using team collaboration to succeed. The process was fantastic from start to end everything was pre-planned and on the day everything was ready to go at the start of each game.

Our program was well organised, entertaining and also great fun. It was evident on the afternoon and discussions from the participants following that everyone really enjoyed themselves while also being very engaged in the activities. There was a lot of great discussion at dinner that evening about the afternoon so it certainly resonated with the group. Having only been given short notice to pull this together TTB excelled with all the activities, they were fun and engaging. Katie did a brilliant job on the afternoon to have everyone involved and being flexible with the schedule. It was also great that we were able to play a key role in helping to add elements of the session, so a big thank you to TTB for their patience in this element. The Go Race (now known as our Amazing Race) was amazing, all the games and activities were not only fun but they also tested and improved our team work skills. From the very beginning to the very end this experience has been so well organized. I liaised with Katie and Darren and always had a reply within 24 hours. Darren and Nicole were well organized on the day and everything went so smoothly, you made my job so easy! Darren and Nicole were great, they made the afternoon so enjoyable and fun, we look forward to holding another event with Total Team Building in the future. The team thoroughly enjoyed the indoor Amazing Race activity, thought it was fun and had some good laughs. It is something different to what you would normally have in a team building day. The co-ordination was excellent. Louisa was fantastic to work with. She ensured to get in contact with me with each planning step and was able to answer any of my questions. Jason was also great when he contacted me to confirm he plan of action and offered some suggestions. Overall it was excellent. Deryn was great! I can understand why this activity doesn’t necessarily need a facilitator however having Deryn there added to the experience. He would wonder around the groups laughing along with them. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I cannot thank you and the Total Team Building group enough. We cannot wait to have you back at our next building day.
We were uncertain at first having never played lawn bowls before, but the facilitator very quickly got everyone involved and at ease, and the light hearted competition was enjoyed by all. The venue was also very accommodating. It would’ve taken a lot of patience from the facilitator, which was much appreciated, but the way the flow of the event was coordinated, everyone was kept engaged. It was a fun afternoon

Hi Katie and Darren. A huge thank you from all of us at the Mental Health Co-Response Team. We genuinely enjoyed the program and it was a perfect way for our Police Officers and Mental Health Practitioners to relax from their hectic roles. There was certainly a lot of laughs and smiling faces from all the participants.

The activities were outside the comfort zone but doable. It was engaging and enjoyable. There were a lot of laughs and helped break the tension from the agenda of the workshop! Darren was fantastic. He was articulate and friendly. He was excellent. I was personally quite impressed with general responsiveness – right from sending the brochure, organizing a quote, visiting the place and accommodating the change in timings. You guys are a fantastic bunch and we hope to get you on board for the next one too!
Initially the team were a little skeptical and insisted they weren’t going to take it very seriously but once the bandanas were on things got much much more serious! The facilitators were very good at holding our attention and instructions were clear. We didn’t feel rushed for time and despite the competitive atmosphere amongst the teams, it was actually a very relaxed day. The coordination with the office gave me piece of mind that everyone was going to be exactly where they needed to be on the day but having mobile numbers just in case was a relief (particularly for our caterer who got lost, – a big thank you to Darren for helping her find the right spot). Our Raw Canvas activity was fantastic. All the staff provided excellent feedback on the activity and the way it was presented. Darren and Nicole were great. Friendly and approachable. They were very efficient in the setting up and tiding up at the completion of the activity and offering suggestions to the staff. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
