The program is a transitional style event that see’s teams locating checkpoints around your conference location, office or local CBD. Each checkpoint visited by the teams offers a different health and fitness related learning experience. This can range from things like exercise sessions, meditation, yoga, nutrition, strength training, fitness testing, team games, goal setting, stress management etc. Topics can be customised and tailored based on your individual requirements. Each topic is presented to the teams in a non threatening manner and caters for all levels of physical fitness and capabilities.
The program can be run either on foot, using bikes or in vehicles depending on your budget, your teams physical state and demographics.
