Our team really liked the activities with very positive feedback from staff who thought that it was fun, cool and “real” team building. Staff made comments that it enabled different people to step into the leadership role and that they could show different sets of skills. The co-ordination was great – fantastic organisation and the staff mentioned that Darren was a great facilitator. We had a blast. Thanks very much for your professionalism and for the co-ordination of these events which we felt achieved the outcomes we were looking for!

The teams really enjoyed the activities in the program – there was a great balance of being active, using the brain and being creative.

The co-ordination was great. Plenty of communication prior to the event to ensure the day went smoothly.

I was nervous about the remote facilitation prior to the event, but it turned out to work exceptionally well. The interaction Darren had with teams on the day / during the event was fabulous.

The team absolutely love it, it was a day of fun and heart warming to see the kids’ faces.

It was well coordinated, all communications leading to the day have been seamless and clear. I really like how we have been kept informed all the way/ A true professional team. Also the extra touch (water and sunscreen and chairs) is very highly appreciated (you don’t know how much this has helped our logistics and getting there on the day).

Darren has done a good job with instruction & engaging all participants.

A great day out, thank you for taking the effort to get all the kids in. The most valuable day for participants is the end where they see the kids faces so this part is crucial. Thank you very much!

Our Amazing Race was very enjoyable, the time flew so quickly, we can see how you would definitely enjoy 3 hours of racing. It was a good mix of intellectual and physical challenges.

Darren and Nicole did a great job of co-ordinating and assisting us, in the lead up to the day Katie was super helpful and responsive on email.

As above, both Darren & Nicole had a smile on their face the whole time and good tips for us. If we use TTB again the future we’d be happy to ask for Darren and Nicole again.

Staff enjoyed that there was a physical activity as well as a non-physical activity in the afternoon. The program was great for the staff to mingle with those they haven’t previously.

I thought the coordination was done really well leading up the event with the contact being really streamlined and responsive.

Jason was great! He got involved with everyone and had everyone hyped up to participate. He created a vibe amongst the staff for the day from the get go. He was on time, well organised and enthusiastic.

We all loved the Charity Bike Build! Jason was an excellent facilitator. Very well explained instructions. A lot of fun!

Never had we experienced such madness that was involved with a Scavenger Hunt as we ran around Brisbane CBD taking photos, talking to strangers and collecting odd items. Everyone got really involved and had a fantastic time which was easy to do when you had a great facilitator (Teresa) who expressed such enthusiasm for the event. Total Team Building did a fabulous job in organising the event especially with such short notice. We contracted you on a Tuesday requesting that the event be run on the Friday. You pulled it together so quickly and easily – it was very impressive! Teresa, our facilitator was great. She had awesome enthusiasm and explained the day’s events very well. Everybody had a great time – full of fun and laughter. All the staff agree it was our best Christmas party event yet! We had lunch at a local restaurant afterwards and everyone was just buzzing as stories were exchanged. Thank you for such a great time!!

Our Win it in a Minute program was the best fun that our organization has ever had for a staff event.

The organisation and facilitation was fantastic, seamless and very well prepared.

We certainly hope to work with you guys again for another event.
